FAQs

  • If you’re visiting the North East of Scotland and wish to visit the studio then please contact me via email. I will do my best to accommodate you, but it may not always possible, as my studio is part of our home. Please note that I don’t always have a large amount of work available for purchase.

  • I open my online shop once a year. There is normally high demand for the work and it tends to sell out quite quickly. I publish details beforehand on Instagram and via my mailing list. You can sign up here.

  • During shop openings you are able to put items into your virtual shopping cart. However, these items are not reserved for you until the transaction is completed. This means someone else may purchase this item in the meantime. I understand this can be frustrating but this is standard across websites and beyond my control.

  • I’m afraid I don’t do wholesale.

  • Please get in touch if you’d like to suggest an interesting project. I don’t generally take commissions but I’d be very happy to consider your ideas.

  • Please see my terms and conditions or write to me with any issues you’re experiencing.

  • My pots are handmade and are more fragile than industrially made pottery. I recommend handwashing pieces, not putting them in the microwave and avoiding using pieces with food or drink that stains heavily.
